Active hands on experience delivering Enterprise Applications for a variety of clients and employers. I have practical experience in multiple disciplines within the IT industry.
I am currently employed as Director of Software Delivery with Complexica – a South Australia based provider of Artificial Intelligence powered software solutions.
In my current role, I manage all software delivery concerns for my employer. This includes all aspects of end-to-end software delivery, with a specific focus on people, processes, and tools with the end goal being excellence in the delivery of software.
I manage a multi-disciplinary team consisting of technical project managers, engineers, business analysts, and quality analysts.

As Director of Software Delivery my primary responsibilities include:

This role encompasses the delivery of all software projects in Complexica hence my portfolio of projects range across multiple business domains including Sales Enablement, Supply Chain and Trade Promotion management.
Program Manager at Complexica
As a Program Manager my primary responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of projects towards achieving one or more business objectives
- Managing project resources, timelines, and activities
- Solution Design
- Identifying and implementing organisational process improvements
- Managing stakeholder engagement
During my time in this role, I led the successful delivery of Complexica’s Trade Promotion Management product for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages Australia (licensee of Pepsi in Australia) as well as Endeavour Group (owners of Dan Murphy’s and BWS stores).
Technical Project Manager and Product Owner at Complexica
After a short stint as Lead Software Engineer, I was quickly promoted into a dual role.
As the Product Owner for the Customer Opportunity Profiler product my primary responsibilities included:
